Kevin Federline is facing new financial allegations nearly two years after child support payments from his ex-wife, Britney Spears, came to an end.

Court documents obtained on October 29, 2026, show that City National Bank is seeking $117,704.77 from Federline, 48. The bank claims the unpaid balance involves a credit card, a personal line of credit, and an overdraft account.

The complaint states that Federline opened an account in November 2024, around the same time Spears made her final child support payment.

The payments ended after their younger son, Jayden, graduated from high school. Federline and Spears, who were married from 2004 to 2007, also share an older son, Sean Preston.

Federline previously faced a separate Bank of America lawsuit involving more than $12,000 in alleged unpaid debt.

In his 2025 memoir, You Thought You Knew, Federline discussed receiving $20,000 monthly in child support and additional alimony payments. He explained that raising their children and maintaining their security involved significant expenses.

The bank’s latest allegations remain separate from any confirmed explanation of Federline’s financial circumstances.
