Charli XCX has returned to the top of Australia’s albums chart with Music, Fashion, Film. The latest ARIA chart update confirms that her eighth studio album debuted at No. 1, giving the British artist another major result in the Australian market.
This week’s ranking also places the album at No. 1 on the vinyl chart. It becomes Charli XCX’s fourth release to enter the Australian top 10, following Charli, which reached No. 7 in 2019, and Crash, which topped the chart in 2022. The remix edition of Brat also reached No. 1 in 2024.
Earlier in 2026, Charli XCX climbed to No. 4 in Australia with the soundtrack to Wuthering Heights. Her latest chart success continues a period of frequent releases and growing interest across music, fashion and film.
Music, Fashion, Film arrived on July 24 and features 11 tracks. The project explores a more guitar-driven sound while maintaining the experimental approach associated with her recent work.
